Following our announcement of Natale alla Italiana, we are thrilled to finally unveil the menu that will make this evening unforgettable.

Every dish has been thoughtfully crafted by local chefs to embody the heart of Italian hospitality - generous, vibrant, and made to be shared. From the very first bite to the last spoonful of dessert, you’ll experience a true Italian Christmas at The Stag.

ANTIPASTO

Begin the evening with a selection of delights designed for sharing:

Marinated Anchovies paired with Burrata and Balsamic Roasted Grapes
Prosciutto & Pistachios, Olives, Artichokes, Sundried Tomatoes
A Selection of Italian Cured Ham, Provolone Cheese & Focaccia Bread

MAIN COURSES

1st Course (Piatto Principale):

Roasted Haddock with Lemon Almondine, accompanied by a Rocket, Fennel, Orange and Parmesan Salad & Tomato, Red Onion and Caper Salad

2nd Course (Secondo):

Braised Lamb Shank, slow-cooked and tender, served with Confit Garlic Mash & Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables

DOLCE

Dessert (Dolce Finale)

Caramelised Panettone Bread Pudding served with Limoncello Mascarpone Cream. An indulgent, festive treat that is both elegant and heartwarming - the perfect ending to a meal designed for togetherness.

No Italian Christmas table is complete without a few carefully crafted cocktails to complement the meal:

Baileys Affogato – Baileys over ice topped with a hot espresso shot, perfect for a little indulgence with a caffeine kick.
Negroni – Equal parts gin and sweet vermouth, served over ice with a slice of orange, a timeless Italian classic.
Limoncello Spritz – Authentic limoncello topped with prosecco and soda - light, zesty, and refreshing.
Prosecco Rosso – Prosecco with a dash of Campari, served with orange, for a bittersweet festive twist.
